Esther S. Jackson-Stowell founded Ekot Properties in 2010. With years of working in the real estate industry, she changed her career path to better serve property owners, prospective tenants and later home buyers & real estate investors. She has several years of property management experience; three of which were spent working for a property management coalition in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to that, she received a masters degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in Public Management from California State University, East Bay and a Business Management degree from CSUH. She has served as a Historic Landmark Commissioner and completed a year as Chair for the Human Rights Commission for Salt Lake City. She served as Chair, the same year for her Community Council in Poplar Grove. She holds a Dual Broker Real Estate license and is a Certified Occupancy Specialist through the National Center for Housing Management (NCHM). Aside from her professional titles, Esther is a proud mother of two beautiful boys, in addition to their adorable girl, and according to her husband, the best wife ever!
